I am PK Kaiser, and I’m committed to making your voice heard in the Arapahoe County government.
Since taking the oath as Arapahoe County Assessor in 2019, I am tirelessly working on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Assessor Office. I had innovatively made a number of changes in the delivery of services and made transparency, equality, and accountability as our leading principles.
Now, Arapahoe County is the first in the state to provide digitalized assessment values to the owners. I have created a transparency map of entire county properties and made data available to the public.
I am out and about, relishing each moment I spend with people, every day of my life. From knocking on the doors to attending and speaking at community festivals, events, neighborhood meetings, and at the forums, I am happy and excited to be among people, listening to their concerns and ideas for making Arapahoe County a better place to live.
I have been moved by the stories I’ve heard. I have heard from many of our county’s citizens, and I believe that all of the concerns I’ve heard are significant and that there is a dire need to address those issues.
My success is in my involvement with all the communities around us. This time again, you and I will win the ballots and the hearts in 2022.
